Las Vegas, Nevada Graduates!
Charles Prosper's School of Balloon Decorating students show off their diplomas after successfully completing the 2-Day hands-on intensive class given by Charles Prosper (middle) in October of 1996. Only months later, many of these same grads pictured have begun decorating for the many parties, conventions and gala events that Las Vegas is famous for. In fact, on October 17 of 1997, exactly one year later, Luz Estela Curvelo, pictured here, stooping slightly, in the middle, on the right-hand side, pictured with her husband Gustavo Curvelo standing above her in the striped shirt had the Grand Opening for their brand new balloon and party store Balloon Celebrations located in a very attractive shopping mall of Las Vegas. Way to go, Luz and Gustavo!
